Everybody’s Cool

1. I pledge to focus on things that bring humanity together rather than those which force us apart.
2. I believe that all humans are born good people.
3. I acknowledge that I have biases and these biases may create unnecessary conflict between myself and others.
4. I commit to actively address my biases and prejudices.
5. To do so I pledge to engage in a comprehensive education around awareness of other cultures and dialogue with people who may be different from me.
6. This commitment will allow for me to contribute, along with others, to an atmosphere of peace, understanding and acceptance.

2. I can play with ALL kids and ALL kids can play with me.
3. I will not hurt anyone and if someone hurts me, I will use my best conflict resolution strategies, or ask an adult for help.
4. I understand that we are all different but we are all created equally.
5. If another kid needs a friend, I pledge to be friendly with them, no matter how different they are from me.
